I know we all hate ourselves for still caring about what happens on The Hills, but let's put all of that aside for one minute to revel in the fact that Spencer Pratt is finally going to admit that he's a rat.
Lauren Conrad and friends were out on the red carpet last night at Paley Fest '09, and dished some exciting dirt to E! Online. When asked if Lauren still believed that Heidi Montag's husband-to-be was responsible for spreading the rumors that Lauren and ex Jason Wahler made a sex tape, L.C. dropped this bomb: "We have it on tape that he [Spencer] takes responsibility for it. Sorry. Spoiler!"
