In a new interview, country star Chuck Wicks dishes about rumors that he plans to propose to his girlfriend and "Dancing with the Stars" pro partner Julianne Hough live on the hit ABC show.

Chuck addressed the rumors in an interview with Valentine on his 104.3MYfm morning radio show, saying, "I'm gonna be the rumor buster … I promise you I will not propose to Julianne on the show."

But Chuck did tell Valentine that he and Julianne are very much in love and do talk about marriage.

The 'DWTS' contestant also cleared the air about his performance on last week's show, in which he accidentally misplaced his hand on Julianne's chest during their live routine.

"I didn't realize I did it, and either did she until we YouTubed it," he said.
