When asked about the prospect of having more children, Katie told TV show 'Entertainment Tonight': "Yes, definitely", before adding: "We're having the best time, it's so amazing. We have so many kids in our house, there's always this wonderful chatter and this great noise of kids."
Katie, 28, and Tom, 44, live in Los Angeles with Suri and Tom's two adopted children, Isabella, 14, and Connor, 12, from his previous marriage to Nicole Kidman.
