Jamie Lynn Spears Boyfriend involved in Car Crash said to be improving!
Jamie Lynn Spears, younger sister of Britney Spears, who is currently on her tour in the US. Casey Aldridge who is the boyfriend of Jamie Lynn and father of 10 month old daughter Maddie  was involved in a serious car crash on Sunday which resulted in a head injury.


It has been revealed he will not be needing any surgery bu was a borderline case and scans were required to reach the verdict not to operate. Jamie Lynn Spears has been at the hospital in the intensive care unit on hand for any developments.

There were initial fears that this may have impacted Britney Spears current tour around the US , but with the recent positive news those fears have been laid to rest.
