Tyra Banks Testifies in Alleged Stalker Case

Supermodel and talk show host Tyra Banks testified in court today that an alleged stalker has made her fear for her safety.

Banks took the witness stand at the trial of 38-year-old Brady Green, who is accused of stalking her from coast to coast. Green is charged with stalking, harassment and criminal trespass and faces up to 90 days in jail if convicted.

The host of "The Tyra Banks Show" and "America's Next Top Model" told the court she also fears for the safety of her staff, her family and anyone else who is with her. She added that she was forced to hire additional security because she is afraid to be alone.

Banks testified that Green -- who was arrested in the same building and near the studio where "The Tyra Banks Show" is taped -- is "more aggressive" than other fans. During cross examination, Green's lawyer denied that his client had ever called or emailed Tyra and said he never threatened her or members of her staff.
