The singer asked Los Angeles police and prosecutors to return over a million dollars in jewelry that was seized as evidence the night she was beaten, allegedly by then-boyfriend Chris Brown.
L.A. Superior Court confirms that the LAPD will photograph the $1.4 million in borrowed jewelry and return it to her today.
Attorneys are due back in court on May 28th to set a date for the preliminary hearing.
