  • Its nice to see the underdog at odds 50:1 come out from behind and defy the odds. He drove his OWN horse to the race (no bells and whistles) and humbly came out on top. It was a great race and an emotional one at that. I also commend "General...

  • I WISH I was at that race. The last two Derbys have been pretty amazing and for all of us underdogs out here, Mind That Bird and the story behind it and the race are just what we need to keep us going in this old world!

  • This is an awesome story 50-1 odds on a little horse that cost a fraction of his running mates comes from behind and takes the roses. Gives all of us faith that no matter how far behind we are in life we can still be a winner.

  • How to I place an online wager on this horse when he runs in the Belmont stakes? This horse rocks. I have never seen a horserace in which a horse was so far behind the pack early on and went on to win by such a huge margin

  • A small horse, yes, but so was Seabiscuit! Secretariat was a huge hero for me, and not just his extremely large heart made him what he was, it was also attitude and intelligence. Mind That Bird, at the finish line looked like he was thinking, "OK...
