The Academy Award Nominations are out

Today the 79th Annual Academy Awards nominees made its debut. Dreamgirls garnered eight nominations, but wasn’t nominated for Best Picture.

Little Miss Sunshine best picture? It was a good movie, but it wasn’t the greatest thing ever. At least this year should be Scorsese’s year. If he doesn’t win an Oscar, we’ll all know the Academy is a joke. It’s all politics back there. I would know after I left the panel out of frustration. They wanted to play favorites. I wanted to be fair and honest. Now I’m a garbage collector. I think I made the right choice. Check out all the nominees here.
