Cindy Crawford's Husband Sued for Sexual Harassment

You know, this isn't the first time I've heard shady things about Cindy Crawford's husband.

Rande Gerber is being sued by two former waitresses that had worked for him, in a sexual harassment suit. The women claim they were fired from a restaurant owned by Rande's company, after they didn't comply with Rande's and other manager's sexual requests.

According to TMZ.com, one of the women claims that in 2008, while she was working at the Moonstone Lounge in San Diego, Cindy's man attempted to kiss her three times during the night, then "put his hand up [her] dress in between her legs in an attempt to fondle her crotch."

Um, yeah -- that's a red flag.

But, of course, Rande's peeps are saying this is all just a big, made up story.

"These allegations were previously investigated and shown to be baseless," a rep for the businessman said. "This lawsuit has no merit."

Uh-huh.
