Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo went to a Greek cafe/nightclub called Joseph's Monday night in Hollywood.  They left looking pretty tired, so they must have had a good night.

However, Nick doesn't look to happy in the pictures.  Has anyone seen Nick smile while he is with Vanessa?
