George Clooney Speaks Out in Defense of Rande Gerber

George Clooney is speaking out in defense of his pal Rande Gerber, in response to a sexual harrassment lawsuit filed against Gerber by former employees.

Clooney says he was with Gerber on the night of the alleged incident, and had this to say about the allegations:

"I was with Rande the entire night - as were a lot of people - they will all say the same thing that I'm saying. This event never happened. Period."

Gerber, who is married to supermodel Cindy Crawford, is accused of sexual harassment by former waitresses who worked at the Moonstone Lounge in the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego.
