Rihanna Returns to the Red Carpet

Rihanna stepped out in New York on Monday night, appearing on a red carpet for the first time since she was allegedly attacked by R&B star Chris Brown.

Clad in a black puff sleeve suit by Dolce & Gabbana and sky-high black heels, Rihanna walked the red carpet at the Met Costume Institute Gala in New York.

Brown was arrested in February and has pled not guilty to two felony counts related to an alleged attack on Rihanna, his then-girlfriend, following a Grammy eve party. Rihanna has laid low since the incident.
