UPDATE: The New York Daily News reports that Kiefer Sutherland will face a third-degree assault charge for allegedly head-butting designer Jack McCollough on Tuesday night. The 24 actor is expected to surrender to prosecutors in coming weeks. According to a friend of Sutherland's, he's already feeling remorse over the incident.   "Kiefer is sorry it happened," the friend notes. "Absolutely. It's terribly regrettable."   Kiefer Sutherland may be taking his role as Jack Bauer on 24 a little too seriously.  At Monday night's MET Costume Institute Gala after-party, the hard-partying actor headbutted and broke the nose of Proenza Schouler designer Jack McCollough .
