Kiefer Sutherland Questioned by Police

"The Insider" can confirm that Kiefer Sutherland is being questioned by the New York City police. This comes after reports surfaced that the actor allegedly head-butted a fashion designer at a nightclub on Tuesday.

The "24" actor allegedly attacked Jack McCollough of the Proenza Schouler fashion house after a reported argument erupted during a party following the Met Costume Institute Gala, Reuters reports. The news agency is also saying that actress Brooke Shields may also be called in for questioning as a witness.

If the claims are deemed true, Sutherland could be charged with misdemeanor assault, Reuters reports.
