Kim Kardashian's ass is not real! It's too round. Plus, this has basically had her entire face re-structured via plastic surgery. I've seen her before and after pics.

I could never go the butt implant route. I'd be too afraid my would bust right open when I fall down on my ass while in a drunken stupor.
