Update: One of Rob Lowe's Nanny Cases Soon Over

Rob Lowe and one of his former nannies have requested their lawsuits against each other be dismissed, says a new report.

Citing court records, People.com reports that Lowe and his former nanny, Jessica Gibson, are requesting to dismiss their lawsuits against one another, although it is unclear if there was a financial settlement between the two parties.

There is still a pending case between Lowe and another former nanny, Laura Boyce.

Lowe, 45, filed a suit against Gibson in April 2008, claiming the former nanny tried blackmailing him in an attempt to collect $1.5 million. Gibson, who worked for the Lowes for several years, filed a sexual harassment suit against Lowe and his wife, Sheryl, soon after.
