Dita Von Teese and Katy Perry are willing to give the shirts off their backs to combat AIDS. The burlesque queen and the "I Kissed a Girl" warbler are but two of the celebrities who've teamed up with H&M and Designers Against AIDS to help spread awareness of HIV and AIDS to today's youth. Von Teese and Perry collaborated with H&M on designs for garments, which will go on sale in H&M's youth-oriented Divided department on May 28.
