Actress Sarah Jessica Parker hasn't just been resting in her Manolo Blahniks during the three years since Sex and the City went off the air. Besides starring in films like The Family Stone and Failure to Launch, she's created a fashion collection called Bitten for the reasonably priced chain Steve & Barry and even played fashion editor for the July issue of O magazine. Parker, 42, stopped by the Today show on Friday to chat about her latest project with Matt Lauer....
