The Saga Continues: The Sheriff Vs The Judge

Paris Is Already In Jail
Paris Hilton was ordered back in court at 9:00 AM PDT. However, since she's on house arrest she can only leave home if the sheriff picks her up. But, the sheriff refuses to take her to court saying the judge can't order her to go there.

What a mess! Just put her back in jail already!


UPDATE: TMZ reports:
With her hands locked behind her back in a pair of steel handcuffs, Paris Hilton was thrown into the back of a Sheriff's cruiser and is on the way to a courtroom in downtown Los Angeles.
