In the two hour finale Bree (Marcia Cross) continues to work with her divorce lawyer Karl (Richard Burgi). Things heat up between the two when during a business meeting Karl kisses Bree!
Bree's husband Orson (Kyle MacLachlan) discovers his wife's plans to divorce him and gives her an ultimatum -- forget about the divorce or go to jail for insurance fraud!
Elsewhere on Wisteria Lane a reluctant Gabrielle (Eva Longoria Parker) welcomes a new addition to the family, the teenage relative of Carlos(Ricardo Antonio Chavira). Gabby soon finds out that the teenage girl is quite a handful with many older gentleman suitors and a diva-like attitude.
In the Scavo household Lynette (Felicity Huffman) goes to see the doctor fearing her cancer has come back -- but instead the mother of four is shocked to find out she is pregnant with another set of twins!
Mike (James Denton) and Katherine (Dana Delany) plan to leave Fairview to get married in Las Vegas. Shortly after Mike assures his fiancee that he is no longer in love with his ex Susan (Teri Hatcher) he leaves suddenly when he finds out that his son and Susan are both in danger.
Dave (Neal McDonough) has been plotting his revenge against Susan, Mike, and their son MJ since his own wife and daughter were killed in a car crash with the then married couple. In an attempt at poetic justice Dave plans for Mike to crash into his own car with MJ inside as he recreates the scene of the fatal accident. Just as Mike comes speeding around the corner Dave tells MJ to get out of the car when he hallucinates and sees his own daughter in the backseat.
After they discover their son is safe a tearful Susan and Mike share a passionate kiss.
The episode concludes with a cliffhanger as Mike stands at the altar with his new bride -- but you'll have to wait until next season to find out who becomes the new Mrs. Mike Delfino!
