Denise Richards Will Be Joining ‘Dancing With The Stars’
It sounds like Denise Richards is desperate to sell her California mansion as she has lowered her asking price by $400,000, according to Contact Music. Apparently, the bad economy ha her pretty hard as her house has been on the market for nearly a year. Initially, she was asking $4,250,000 for it, but dropped the price to $3.8 million, according to Radaronline.com. Ouch!

Things are still pretty bad out in California so I’d be surprised if her house sells for $3.8 million. Poor Denise!
