Jon & Kate's Secret Marriage Contract?

Kate Gosselin's brother and sister-in-law, Kevin and Jodi Kreider, are opening up about the reality show couple who they say had an alleged agreement that Jon could see other women while they were filming their TLC show "Jon and Kate Plus 8."

"All we know is what Jon told us, that Kate came to him with a contract saying he could have girlfriends and that he can do his own thing," the Kreider's tell Radar online.

The couple claims that Kate told Jon they could lead separate lives so long as they continued the show. "In exchange Jon needs to show up for filming," Kevin tells Radar. "But otherwise he has the freedom, certain days, to do whatever he wants."

Jodi says of the Gosselin's, "This is a train wreck for all to see."

  • Why do you assume Jon would be paying the support payments. Kate loves to say she is the breadwinner in the family and Jon is just a stay at home Dad. Fathers have rights also, if he is the primary caregiver he should have the custody.
