Sony tells "The Insider" that Screen Gems is in talks with Cher to star in 'Burlesque' with Christina Aguilera, who is already a confirmed member of the cast.

According to Daily Variety, Aguilera will play a talented singer from a small town who finds success and love while performing at a burlesque club in Los Angeles.
