Whoa, what’s this? Mandy Moore actually spicing things up and showing off cleavage? Yup, she’s looking hot, and it’s about time too. I was really getting tired of the plain old cute Mandy Moore, so seeing these pictures of her at the Spike TV “Guy’s Choice Awards”, which was held this past weekend, is a welcomed surprise. She’s definitely on the right track.
