STYX, REO SPEEDWAGON Concert Cancelled Due to Falling Lighting

MUSIC NEWS- Rockers STYX and REO SPEEDWAGON were forced to cancel their May 23 performance at  the Konocti Harbor Resort in Kelseyville, California after a section of the overhead lighting rig and stage roof began to fall.  Southern rockers, 38 SPECIAL, were on stage performing at the time and were removed immediately. Venue official, Greg Bennett, told the Press Democrat newspaper that nothing fell to the ground, no one was hurt and the show is being rescheduled.  Tickets that were purchased for the event will be refunded. Concert-goers who had complimentary tickets could receive free entry when the show is rescheduled, Bennett said.   See report at Press Democrat
