Rihanna To Testify in Chris Brown Case

Rihanna is headed to court.


According to the Associated Press, Rihanna's lawyer says the singer is scheduled to appear at a hearing in June as a possible witness in the assault case against her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown.

The hearing is set to take place on June 22 in Los Angeles.

Meanwhile, a judge rejected a motion made today by Brown's lawyer Mark Geragos to receive police records in the case, calling the motion premature.
