After sustaining a minor injury on the Long Island, N.Y. set of Salt today, Angelina Jolie was taken to the hospital. She reportedly bumped her head and suffered a small cut between her eyes. A spokesperson for the movie’s studio, Sony, confirmed that Jolie is now fine. In a statement, the studio said: “This morning, while filming an action sequence during production of her new movie Salt, Angelina Jolie sustained a minor injury. As a precautionary measure, Ms. Jolie was taken to a local hospital, examined and released. She is now back on set and production of the film has resumed.” [EW]
