But despite making millions between June 2008 and June 2009, she made $10m less than the previous year - largely due to the global economic crisis.
Gisele Bundchen, 28, who recently wed US football star Tom Brady, has lucrative campaign deals with a string of fashion firms, including True Religion jeans and Versace. She also has her own successful shoe line.
Heidi Klum was in second place, with $16m, and Kate Moss came third, earning an estimated $8.5m.
