Kelly Clarkson Fat and Photoshopped In Elle Magazine - My Thoughts
Ms. Clarkson hits newsstands tomorrow. I posted Kelly Clarkson's Elle pictures and interview last Friday without giving my 2 cents. But ya know I wasn't gonna hold out like that!One of my biggest issues with Kelly's Elle pictures is that they photoshopped her ass to death! She's thick and they really slimmed her down.Yep, we know this occurs with pretty much all celebrities or models photo shoots, however, I find it especially troubling when someone like Kelly is trying to make a statement, gives an empowering interview mentioning how she loves who she is and she's ok with herself only to be thinned out by at least a dozen pounds in her pictures.

Now check out Kelly's legs in the picture below of her in a suit:We all know her legs are twice as thick and tree trunkish.Then, I thought it was craziness that during her interview Kelly proclaimed, "I have no boobs!"while laughing. Thanks for the memo! Why even mention that you have no tits?! When Kelly gains weight it goes everywhere but her boobs and I just don't know why she was stating the obvious. She sounded pretty damn confident and fierce throughout her interview, but then she has to explain that she's like an A cup?! Suddenly, she sounded insecure, but whatevs.

I just wish that magazines would stop modifying pictures, especially with an artist like Kelly Clarkson who stands by who she is, thin or thick - if only we could.
