Jon & Kate Plus 8's 40-Episode Season Isn't Enough For TLC
The cable network, TLC, wants to film more families who are expecting multiple babies.

An ad posted on Craigslist (that has since been removed) asks: "Are you expecting multiples and want to share this extraordinary event with TLC???

"TLC is now looking for NY, NJ, and CT families who are expecting twins, triplets, or more! We would capture the birth of the babies and witness their amazing first breath, first cry, and all the emotions that go along with such an incredible occasion. Then, TLC will be there as you leave the hospital and adjust to your first few days at home as a family."

Last week's uncomfortable Jon & Kate premiere -- in which the couple taped testimonials separately and admitted they might split -- was the highest-rated show in TLC's history with 9.8 million viewers.

  • Jon & Kate Gosselin disgust me. They are not doing right by their children... how much love and attention do you think those kids really get off camera? Answer: Mom and Dad Travel, Party or Promote Themselves.

  • Here is a good life lesson from "smart" Kate. Let's produce tons of kids like she did, which will bring us "money and fame." It will be "the best strategy to survive in this economic hardship." Isn't that ridiculous???

  • Kate (and her family) is dressed like and behaves like a Hollywood family now, although she denies it. It's not a documentary of a real like any longer, bu for a commercial entertainment. I've lost interest in watching the show...

  • I used to be a big fan of the show because it showed real-life struggles of the parents of multiples. Now, I stopped watching the show because it definitely shows a commercialized, fake show which is far from their real life. Where did all the struggles go? The show looks like a Hollywood star's luxury, pre-planned, far-from-real-life show.

  • Kate is selfish. She is not considering John's feelings, and needs. She wants the fame...not stepping back and looking at the affec having on her family. She needs to smarten up and grow up!!

  • A long time fan of the show.I refuse to watch it any long and encourage my friends to do the same. I don't know who is the lowest john & Kate or TLC. I am sickened by all of tihs all of you making money on someones pain
