Good news, Miley Cyrus fans; Us Magazine reports that the tween queen will indeed be coming back for a fourth season of her hit TV show.  But things won't quite be the same. "Miley and the producers have proposed a change of setting for Season Four that will provide the catalyst for wonderful new characters and further expand the storytelling opportunities," the Disney Channel announced in a statement on Monday.  Ooooh; mysterious!
