Update: Spencer & Heidi Remain in Costa Rica

"The Insider" has the latest on the ever-evolving drama on "I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here."

Speculation over Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt's participation has prompted some to believe the oft-reviled couple quit the show. However, a rep for the couple tells ET: "Heidi and Spencer are still in the jungle and part of the show."

Meanwhile, producer Paul Telegdy gave Ryan Seacrest an update this morning on Ryan's KIIS FM radio show, saying Spencer and Heidi may face a penalty for leaving camp and breaking the rules.

Paul added that Holly Montag, Heidi's sister, was on her way to Costa Rica and that Daniel Baldwin has already arrived.
