Reality show mom Kate Gosselin is snapped on Thursday holding another woman's baby while spending time in Bald Head, North Carolina.

Her eight young kids, along with her bodyguard, joined her on the trip while her husband Jon stayed back.

    • The TLC camera's do NOT follow the Gosselin's around 24/7. Not into the children's rooms or school. If you are going to follow the Gosselin story just to be insulting, at least be accurate.

  • fame got to the best of them and it is sad. They have a wonderful family and I don't want it to be torn about all because of the fame and tabloids. But I don't think we are helping them if we constantly criticize them! Give them a break to settle...

  • The bottom line, wheather all these rumors are true or not, it is only hurting the children. Both Jon & Kate seem to have lost all perspective of what this is truely about, the children, and what is best for them. All of this has gone way overboard...

  • who really cares of her holding another baby ? A child is a prescious thing now im not saying blow off her own kids but she doesnt just belong to her 8 children i have 8 dog but that doesnt stop me from playing with others and besides this website...
