Attorney Kyle Madison released a statement Friday that asks for privacy for Richelle Olson, who sued Baron Cohen in late May. In her lawsuit, Olson claims Baron Cohen and a camera crew for his new movie, "Bruno," had caused her to fall and hit her head in May 2007. Olson says she now has to use either a walker or a wheelchair.
Publicists for Baron Cohen and NBC Universal, which are both named in the complaint, haven't returned phone messages seeking comment.
The attorney says Olson's injuries make her lawsuit far different from ones filed after Baron Cohen's last film, "Borat."
