The lovely couple attended The Raisa Gorbachev Foundation Fourth Annual Fundraising Gala Dinner at Hampton Court Palace last night. Also in attendance were Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling and her husband Neil Murray, Little Britain star David Walliams, Dougray Scott, Jamie Cullum and his fiancee Sophie Dahl.
The foundation raises money for children with cancer and is named after Mikhail Gorbachev’s late wife who died of Leukemia in 1999.
It must have been quite a visit to Hampton Court for JRM who plays Henry VIII on Showtime’s The Tudors. King Henry received this palace as a gift from Cardinal Wolsey in 1529.
