'Twilight' Star Takes on New Vampire Role

'Twilight' actor Cam Gigandet is set to act in another vampire film!

 

Gigandet will be playing vampire sheriff in the movie 'Priest,' trade publication The Hollywood Reporter reports.

Based on the TokyoPop comic book, the movie is set in a turbulent time period, ravaged by wars between vampires and humans. The film follows a priest (Paul Bettany) who rebels against the church to avenge a group of murderous vampires who have kidnapped his niece. Gigandet's character helps the priest because he is in love with his niece.

  • I'm not very fond of vimpire movies though some are okay, and I have no idea who this Cam guy is, but it has Paul Bettany in it. And I LOVE Paul Bettany.
