Hosting a New Year's Eve party? Attending a party but don't know what tail to order? This New Year's Eve you won't want to be without:

The Ghost of Midnight Martini

INGREDIENTS:
2½ oz. Gin
1 oz. Midori
½ oz. Sour Mix
1 splash Champagne

DIRECTIONS:
Combine everything but champagne into tail shaker with ice. Shake, then strain into your martini (or champagne) glass. Top it off with a splash of champagne and toast to the new year!
