Bruce Willis: Love is Truly the Answer

Bruce Willis, 54, and new wife Emma, 32, open up to W magazine -- on newsstands June 23 -- about their new marriage and reveal, what Bruce calls, their public displays of affection.

“We’re sickening,” Bruce jokes to W about his relationship with wife Emma. “We make out in public. I know there’s some rule that you’re not supposed to be doing—what is it? Public displays of affection?”

Bruce tells W that he thought he was happy alone until he met Emma. “I went from ‘F--- love’ to ‘Love is truly the answer,’” Willis says. “I spent the last 10 years single and, for the most part, unhappy. In a dark place. I never thought that being with someone else was the answer. I would say, ‘I’m alone, but I’m not lonely.’ But I was just kidding myself. Then I started hanging around Emma, and on a day-to-day basis my life became much happier.”
