Jennifer Lopez is spotted with a large baby bump on the set of her new film 'The Back-Up Plan' outside of Los Angeles. 

In 'The Back-Up Plan' -- hitting theaters next January -- Lopez plays a woman who conceives twins through artificial insemination, only to meet the man of her dreams on the very same day.
