Jennifer Lopez is spotted with a large baby bump on the set of her new film 'The Back-Up Plan' outside of Los Angeles. 

In 'The Back-Up Plan' -- hitting theaters next January -- Lopez plays a woman who conceives twins through artificial insemination, only to meet the man of her dreams on the very same day.

  • Hmm should be an easy role for her. For how did she conceive twins when no twins on father's side of family. She quipped-i have twins on my side of family." Sorry, men carry the gene. And all it is a narcisstic thing so many are doing in Hollywood, No twins on Father's side but AMAZINGLY they have twins!! Julia Roberts, Angelina Jolie, Ricky Martin, Sean P Diddy, Sarah Jessica Parker-via the surrogate mom-carrying her and hubby's twins-but no twins on his side. the list goes on and will go on. Bet so many would love to have 8and even beat Octomom. ha well she is lucky JLO--doesnt have to spend all day wth an acting coach-went through this herself.
