Police in Midvale, UT say officers discovered Jeff Archuleta inside a purported massage parlor last January when the business was raided.
Jeff was allegedly on a massage table and a masseuse was also in the room wearing only underwear, according to Sgt. John Salazar of the Midvale Police Department. Salazar said Jeff admitted to officers that he was there for "sexual gratification purposes."
Jeff pleaded no contest to solicitation of a prostitute and paid a $582 fine. His lawyer, Eric Bauer, was quoted by local television station NBC4 as saying that his client was at the business getting legitimate massage therapy for his back.
David Archuleta -- who released his first album late last year -- was a fan favorite on "American Idol" during its seventh season, but he lost to David Cook.A rep for the singer tells "The Insider": "David is busy preparing for his upcoming tour with Demi Lovato.
