"Chaz was very adamant about dressing as male as possible without any frills or fancies, and I think that's great," Kelly recalls of her time working with Chaz.
Kelly reveals that there were times during the production of "Celebrity Fit Club" when Chaz seemed uncomfortable with his breasts while changing clothes in front of the other contestants on the show.
"Poor Chaz has lived in a body that hasn't felt like [his], and hopefully the operation will take care of that," Kelly tells "The Insider."
"I would say to Chaz, 'God bless you. I think you're beautiful no matter who you want to be, and if this is what really makes you happy, then so be it,'" Kelly says.
