Brady Green, a convicted stalker of Tyra Banks, has received his sentence from a New York City court.

"The Insider" has confirmed that Green was given one-year probation with a conditional discharge. He was also ordered to complete Project SHARP (Stopping Harassment and Relationship Problems) at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice.

If Green does not comply with his probation, he will be sentenced to a 90-day jail term. Green has also been barred from contacting Banks, who testified in the case, for two years.

Green was convicted in April of stalking, harassment, criminal trespass and attempted aggravated harassment against the "America's Next Top Model" host.
