New Music: Toni Braxton – Pulse
2009 really is shaping up to be the year of the divas! With Mariah, Whitney, and Toni all scheduled to release albums in the fall, the airwaves (both radio and TV alike) should be flooded with talent. Take a listen to this newly leaked track from Ms. Braxton called “Pulse”, which happens to be the title track from her new album. It’s a beautifully sung, emotion-filled ballad that showcases Toni’s sultry voice as she sings about a dying relationship in need of a “pulse”. I’m not sure if this is set to be a single or not. Personally I think it’s a great album track, but I don’t think it has enough potential to be the lead single.
