"The Insider" has the latest...

"The Insider" has learned that Farrah Fawcett is currently in a southern California hospital.

The veteran actress, who is battling cancer, is expected to leave the hospital today.

Farrah's longtime companion Ryan O'Neal is attempting to arrange for their son Redmond to temporarily leave his jail to visit his ailing mother.
