In a new interview with RadarOnline.com, Kevin and his wife Jodi say they are "angry" that the split was used as a ratings booster for their TLC reality series, "Jon & Kate Plus 8." They say they worry about how the publicized split will affect the couple's eight children.
"We're just so heartbroken and sad about the announcement that can be so life-shattering to a young child," Kevin tells the Web site. "And, it was used as a tease, it was used to gain ratings without any regard for my nieces and nephews…."
Kevin tells Radar that he is outraged that the “detrimental” breakup was televised, and asked viewers, "Please stop watching."
His wife Jodi went on to say: "It was the saddest thing to witness. This is family. We lived a life with Jon and Kate for years and we've developed really close relationships with each of the kids, and to know that this is being viewed by millions and used as a ratings booster. It's horrible. It's horrible."

the Jon & Kate plus 8 reality show. Sad that
now that they aren't, they feel that they have
to constantly berate Kate, Jon & their reality
show. Could they be missing the lime light &
talking out...
