Barbara Walters announced on "The View" that Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are proud new parents to twins. The babies, delivered via surrogate, were born early Tuesday morning.
The couple is expected to release further details later today. The twins will be welcomed by their brother, 6-year-old James Wilkie Broderick.
