HTV: Lindsay Lohan Reunites with Samantha Ronson

Lindsay Lohan is bombarded by photographers while out with gal pal Samantha Ronson.

When asked by a photographer how the happy couple was doing, Ronson replied with, "What happy couple?"

"The Insider" confirmed on Tuesday that Lohan will be celebrating her 23rd birthday in Las Vegas this weekend.
