'New Jersey Housewife' Danielle Reacts to Sex Tape

The "Real Housewives of New Jersey" cast member Danielle Staub tells "The Insider" that she has taken legal action against her ex-boyfriend who allegedly videotaped her having sex with him.

Staub's lawyer filed a lawsuit Wednesday on behalf of the housewife that alleges invasion of privacy, defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress.  Her lawyer is alleging Staub was videotaped and photographed having sex without her knowledge by her ex Steve Zalewski.

"I almost feel sorry for him that [he] needs that kind of attention, you gotta grab mine," she says of Steve, who appeared on the Bravo show.

"We had a consensual relationship but what he is doing is unconsensual. I can't let my daughters be damaged by that."

Staub joined Queen Latifah and other celebrities at the Newark Celeb All Star Softball Game to go to bat for charity and the community.

  • look at your face it is all has holes....doing the botox thing isn't helping...how about a face replacement....and your are trash...come on...you use your body for whatever you can get for it....you can tell trash from class...that is why she has a problem with the other ladies....she is jealous..and a phony.and i feel so sorry for her girls...her own daughter said that men use her.... sad for her girls to have to watch this trash of a mother going on tv....and a liar ...come on ...you can tell that you have alot to hide and lie about....it is in your facial expressions.....and the no comment crap.....lets face it your lies and past has caught up with you....i hope your girls turn out to be better people then the example that they are raised with...i will pray for them....and justice for the quilty.....
