No shock here -- Perez Hilton isn't keeping his mouth shut.
The gossip guru has filed a lawsuit claiming he, coincidentally enough, got a black eye and suffered "emotional distress" after an altercation with the Black Eyed Peas' manager, Polo, in Toronto last weekend.
Perez has been pretty vocal about the fight that started when Peas' member Will.I.Am aggressively approached him about some nasty things she wrote about the band and Will's girl, Fergie.
Perez is seeking compensation for medical expenses and unspecified general and punitive damages.
Along with his fight against the Peas' manager, Perez has managed to anger GLAAD, after using gay slurs in his video blog about the incident. The gossip monger has offered numerous apologies, this being the most recent:
"I am apologizing to the gay community, to anyone who was hurt by my choice of words, and to all the people who have ever emailed me to thank me for all that I have done to fight for gay rights over the last few years."
Such drama!
