Elizabeth Taylor Collapsed After Hearing About Michael Jackson Death
Actress Elizabeth Taylor sparked concern for her health yesterday, June 25, 2009 when she collapsed after hearing about her close friend Michael Jackson’s death. The Hollywood legend was said to be “too devastated” to comment when she heard of her longtime friend’s passing.

Taylor actually coined the phrase King of Pop when she presented Michael Jackson with an award in 1999.

Now the star is recovering from at her home from her own health scare.

In Touch magazine reported that Taylor was planning to rush over to the UCLA Medical Center when she heard the news, however, a source explained:

“Liz was getting dressed when the second call came that Michael had died, and she collapsed. Liz is in a state of shock.

She and Michael had their ups and downs, but she never stopped loving him. Now, she’s grief-stricken beyond words.”

I bet she’s heartbroken over losing Michael. The world is mourning a musical genius. He may have had personal issues over the last decade, but music was forever changed because of him and he’ll always be remembered for his talent and artistry.

  • What was this weird relationship they had!!!! It drove Katherine crazy. She felt Elizabeth was trying to be his mother. Maybe it was the link of the drug usage that brought them together. We have never understood this one!
